If you live in the Evansville area, please call to make an appointment to bring your clock to the shop, or for an additional fee I can pick it up for you.
The service fee for basic house-calls is $75 within 20 miles of the shop. This includes 1 hour of service in your home if the clock can be repaired on-site. Any additional parts necessary for service or repair of your clock are extra. If the clock must be returned to the shop for a more extensive repair or servicing, the price of the house-call will be applied to the final charge.
Indiana residents must pay state sales tax on any parts used in repair or restoration.
Full payment is due at the time you receive the finished item. Brady’s Clock Repair accepts cash, personal check with ID, or major credit card through Paypal.
All work is guaranteed for a period of 90 days on both parts and labor. No original parts are ever warranted.
Each item is handled with extreme care. However, you will need to insure the item while it is in transit or in the shop for repair. Brady's Clock Repair is not responsible for any accidental loss, including loss due to theft, fire, vandalism, or damages in shipment.
